Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Chicago, IL - HYBRID
Contract 6 Months with possible extension
Pay Rate: $26-$28/hr
About the Role:
We’re looking for a Business Analyst to support the Technology Risk & Compliance (TRC) team by administering key governance tools and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards such as HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and HITRUST. This role will focus on Archer platform support, compliance reporting, change management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and support the Archer platform, including configuration, troubleshooting, and user support
- Create dashboards, reports, and documentation to support compliance needs
- Follow change management processes for Tripwire agents
- Coordinate onboarding/offboarding activities and support governance reporting
- Assist with maintaining global IT compliance data (assets, controls, risks)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Archer (highly preferred) and change management processes
- Background in IT compliance, audit, or security (2 years with a degree, or 4 years without)
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (HIPAA, PCI-DSS, HITRUST)
- Experience working with cross-functional/global teams
