Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a strong portfolio of commercial clients, meeting target size within a specified time frame
- Identify and reach out to potential profitable prospects for the bank
- Act in the best interest of both the bank and clients in all decisions and interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Concurrence and the Small Business Loan Center, for efficient loan processing
- Monitor assigned loan portfolios to ensure repayment stability and address potential risks
- Mentor and train junior relationship managers on best practices in customer service
What You Need:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Completion of 6 hours of accounting course work
- 3-5 years of commercial lending experience
- Formal credit training required
- Experience managing 25 clients in their portfolio
- Have managed $1M in revenue
- Must have experience with clients on the C&I side (commercial and industrial)
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of personnel
- Proficiency in Microsoft application
