Job Title: Remarketing Analyst
Location: Detroit, MI 48226 (Hybrid)
Duration: 6-12 months contract
Pay-rate: $20-23/hr.
Job Description:
Responsible for performing Dealer Onboarding activities and SmartAuction ID processing in the Remarketing Department.
Responsibilities
- 1. Ensure the document packages received are complete and accurate.
- 2. Process group document packages in a timely manner.
- 3. Follow onboarding processes and procedures to ensure all systems are updated accurately.
- 4. Communicate with sales team and cross functional partners to reconcile any issues related to an onboard.
- 5. Process User ID requests and communicate with Dealer Users.
- 6. Account Maintenance Activities.
- 7. Assist with monitoring shared mailbox.
- 8. Assist with Ad Hoc team projects.
- 9. Support and engage in SmartAuction business unit initiatives as necessary to support overall product growth and process improvements.
Skills:
- A detail-oriented individual with 1-2 years’ experience in a remarketing, auto, or contract administration environment.
- Strong knowledge of PC applications including MS Office and Excel.
- High level of oral and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Salesforce Experience (Desired)
