Key Responsibilities:
- Foster strong relationships with customers by understanding their financial needs and recommending relevant banking products and services.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of banking products and services to effectively cross-sell and upsell.
- Collaborate with business clients to provide tailored Treasury Services, including RDC, armored, and courier services.
- Manage consumer and business accounts while ensuring accurate processing and compliance with bank policies and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and reports while adhering to compliance standards.
- Stay up-to-date with banking regulations, including BSA and Information Security.
