Job Location: Charlotte, NC (3 days onsite & 2 days remote)
Required Skills:
• Proficient in translating business requirements into technical specifications.
• Ability to design, develop and implement: o Custom Objects o Custom Tabs, Fields, Page Layouts. Record Types o Security - Profiles & Roles o Workflow Alerts & Actions o Lightning components, pages o Visualforce Pages o Approval Processes o Dashboards o Data Validations o Web Services
• Create and maintain documentation on application configuration and processes as database applications are developed • Able to meet deadlines and handle pressure while coordinating multiple tasks in a work/project environment • Versatile team player with interpersonal skills • Keeping abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality and as such be able to provide recommendations for process improvements • Knowledge of Force.com development best practices
