Job Description:
Responsible for the coordination and completion of all government, regulatory, and compliance documents for all business units in an organization. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
6 to 8 years of experience or equivalent expertise in risk management, assessment, control evaluations, or a related field, preferably within the financial services industry.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex issues, develop and implement effective risk mitigation strategies, and communicate insights and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Proficient knowledge of risk management frameworks, regulations, and industry best practices. Ability to stay updated with evolving regulatory landscapes and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Exceptional ability to develop and communicate well-founded recommendations based on regulatory guidance and standards, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
