Responsibilities :
Incident Monitoring and Analysis :

- Analyze suspicious activities and investigate potential threats flagged by SIEM dashboards.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve security issues promptly.
Security Request Handling :
Respond to security-related inquiries received via phone and email.
Threat Investigation Examples :
Investigate potential phishing emails.
