Job Description
This Business Analyst position serves as a key interface between business groups, teams, and IT. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in technical project delivery best practices to deliver projects efficiently, timely, and without impacting system stability.

The position is responsible for gathering user requirements, creating functional requirements, assisting in the development process, ensuring the system meets the functional and user interface specifications, and guiding the business through use of the application. Understanding business processes within Supply Chain and DC Automation and how systems enable them is crucial.

Partnering with IT cross-functional leads to understand business needs ensures their requirements are met. When issues occur, perform troubleshooting, provide support, and send communications to help resolve them.
