We are seeking a System Services and Support Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in deploying and supporting highly distributed multi-tiered systems at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy and support complex systems in AWS cloud environments
- Maintain high levels of system uptime and performance
- Analyze system issues and implement long-term solutions
- Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a technology-related field (e.g. Engineering, Computer Science)
- 10 years of hands-on experience in system deployment and support
- 4 years of experience in Cloud support (AWS) and migration skills
- Expertise in Oracle and PL/SQL
