Job Description:
Job Title: Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator
Location: Miami, FL 33172
Duration: 6 Month of long-term contract
Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting and optimizing the day-to-day operations of our talent acquisition team. This includes managing recruiting logistics, maintaining data integrity, assisting with candidate tracking, and helping ensure an efficient hiring process. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for supporting teams and improving recruitment operations..
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for time-consuming projects.
- Create template communications, review process workflows, and develop a playbook for the team’s processes.
- Assist in streamlining chatbot topics on the website by analyzing portal and chatbot stats, improving Q&A content, and enhancing the chatbot user experience.
- Schedule and organize team activities, including creating and maintaining project calendars.
- Support audits, candidate record updates, and other paperwork-related tasks.
- Manage and update SharePoint as the team’s library, suggesting improvements for better usability and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR operations, or a related field.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and G Workspace.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Additional Requirements:
- Experience with data analytics or reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
- Familiarity with employee onboarding systems and tools.
- Experience working with chatbots or similar AI-driven tools.
Preferred Experience:
- Familiarity with recruiting processes and talent acquisition logic. The candidate should have prior knowledge and not require training in TA processes.
- A background in recruitment is highly desirable.
