What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technical Business Analyst position at Dexian?
Job Location: Jersey City, NJ or Plano, TX (3 days onsite & 2 days remote)
**nice to have skillsets – Python, MicroStrategy . Candidate is not expected to write the code in Python or MicroStrategy however ability to read and understand Python code and run reports in MicroStrategy.
Required skills:
• 10 years’ experience with at least 3 years’ experience as a BA/FA
• Delivery focused techno-functional role
• Good knowledge of SQL programming preferably with databases such as Oracle Exadata
• Programming experience with Python or Java/.Net
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Deep understanding of Capital Markets with focus on Credit Risk, Market Risk or Capital calculations
• Understanding of regulations within the Capital Markets space (Basel, CRR, CRD IV etc)
• Attention to detail and self-starter, with an ability to identify risks and issues and suggest improvements.
