Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Technical Project Manager who thrives on excellence and is excited about building highly scalable applications. The ideal candidate will also serve as a Delivery Lead, focusing on the successful delivery of digital engineering applications. You will lead small teams while working closely with clients to ensure requirements are met and projects are delivered efficiently.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership to multiple scrum teams to drive delivery success.
- Manage the entire project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, development, testing, planning, coordination, and communication with clients.
- Take full ownership of project budgets, timelines, and the quality of the end product.
- Mentor and coach developers on best practices, guiding their professional growth.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 7 years of progressive experience in Software Engineering.
- 5 years of experience as a Delivery Lead or Project Manager.
- 5 years of experience with project management tools like Rally, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
- 2 years of experience migrating applications to the cloud.
- 2 years of Agile delivery experience.
- 2 years of experience working on an Agile team.
- Broad understanding of cloud-native technologies, including Rational, NoSQL databases, modern front-end technology stacks, modern integration technologies, stream processing, and DevSecOps.
- 2 years of cloud experience with platforms like Azure, GCP, or AWS.
Desired Skills:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience delivering software using Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Familiarity with working in a DevSecOps model.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining adherence to industry standards and best practices.
- Previous experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
