Technical Support Specialist for Engineers and Scientists
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Dexian. In this role, you will provide technical assistance to engineers and scientists on various tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform technical evaluations of events to determine root cause
- Assist in the additive lab with machine operation and secondary operations
- Work with R&D engineering customers to answer questions about plastics and polymers for prototypes
- Clean up support materials
- Review work incoming to ensure proper process and materials are used
- Provide excellent customer service
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in additive manufacturing or 3D printing, as well as mechanical ability. If you have experience or interest in these areas, we encourage you to apply.
