**Job Title:** Web Development Team Lead
We are seeking an experienced Web Development Team Lead to join our team at Dexian. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the development of our web applications and ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 8 years of software development experience with a focus on front-end technologies.
- Expert-level vanilla TypeScript/JavaScript skills, including ECMAScript and RxJS patterns.
- 5-6 years' experience developing production web applications using the latest Angular version (v16 or above).
- Hands-on experience mentoring team members on best practices for all aspects of web front-end skills.
- Experience architecting front-end topologies and best practices, including caching, scalability, and performance tuning.
- Deep understanding of CSS concepts, including encapsulation and specificity, and ability to lead by hands-on debugging issues with the team.
- 3-4 years' experience with AWS/Azure cloud technologies, including CI/CD pipelines, Lambda compute, CloudFront hosting/caching, and Amplify scalable backend solutions.
- Experience with GraphQL APIs in a production environment, focusing on best practices and pitfalls.
Bonus Skills/Nice to Have:
- UX design pattern knowledge, preferably Material design patterns.
- Experience with prototyping software, such as Figma, Sketch, or similar.
