About The Position

Dexis is seeking a highly qualified Combatant Command (CCMD) Coordinator embedded on site at SOUTHCOM HQ in Doral, Florida.

Responsibilities

The CCMD Coordinators will support the programmatic goals of this Task Order to provide the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) with a broad range of support, including but not limited to desk and field research, analysis, data collection and visualization, strategy development, policy writing and coordination, assessment, monitoring and evaluation (AM&E) capacity building, event facilitation, and administrative backstopping to meet current and evolving security cooperation AM&E requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Professional language proficiency in Spanish
• 5 or more years of experience as a military officer or senior non-commissioned officer or civilian in the security sector for a department, agency or bureau of the U.S. government, to include experience and knowledge of defense policy and operations
• 5 years of experience developing assessment and evaluation strategies; designing tools for data collection such as survey instruments, data collection and reporting tools, analyzing the resultant data using quantitative and qualitative methods
• Experience with Department of Defense (DoD) security cooperation to include building partnership capability (BPC), Significant Security Cooperation Initiative (SSCI) processes and timelines, and initial design document (IDD)
• 10 or more years of executive-level management experience, leading multi-disciplined teams of analysts, and other personnel
• Top Secret clearance
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Institutional Capacity Building (ICB) activities
• An understanding of requirements to develop forces and purchase of articles and services required to develop and sustain capabilities
• Experience with Title 10 U.S.C. Sec 333 programs
• Master’s degree (or higher) and formal training or education in the field of assessment, monitoring, and evaluation
• 10 years of experience developing assessment and evaluation strategies; designing tools for data collection such as survey instruments, data collection and reporting tools, analyzing the resultant data using quantitative and qualitative methods
• 5 years of experience producing written reports and developing platforms to present monitoring data such as dashboards or other updateable graphic presentations of data, and conducting, analyzing, presenting and incorporating program and activity evaluations
  
  

Below is the pay range aligned with this position. When developing a range, Dexis evaluates compensation holistically, triangulating between external market research, our budget for the position, and internal equity to arrive at a figure that is fair and competitive. Offers within this range will be based on an individual candidate's qualification, relevant education and experience, skills, performance, and organizational needs.

$120,000—$140,000 USD
