The Customer Service Representative provides administrativesupport functions to the customer service call center, account managers, andmanagement with exceptional customer service to all Dexter customers. The ideal candidate would have strongorganizational and communication skills, as well as be adaptive to working in afast-paced, ever-changing environment.
PrimaryResponsibilities :
- Respond to requests from customers by phone or e-mail and manages their daily workload to ensure required service volume and quality levels are attained, in a high transactional environment.
- Receives and processes orders, providing information concerning changes in pricing, service, and shipping.
- Resolve difficult calls and situations as necessary.
- Identifies opportunities for operational improvements and helps create solutions.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints or special orders.
- Refers complaints of service failures to designated departments for investigation.
- Prepares cash log and submits checks to corporate banking institute.
- Contributes to the development of processes and procedures.
- Performs other tasks or duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS :
EDUCATION :
Associate degree in business or acomparable discipline preferred.
