We are searching for an experienced Production Supervisor at our Plant 39 Bristol, IN facility.

Responsible forproviding direction to their specific department to ensure correct levels ofdirect and indirect labor is maintained. Provides direction to ensure efficiency is maintained in the productionschedule. Provides support in the coordination of activities related to theCompany's quality, safety, and production.
- Conduct daily Layered Audits to ensure safe work practices, encourage process standardization, reduce errors, scrap, and waste, improve quality and customer satisfaction, and reinforce updated processes steps.
- Ensure full compliance with PPE requirements and in following all safety protocols. Foster a culture of safety within the team and work daily to communicate this message.
- Supports Quality Management System compliance and assists quality department in all audits and areas for improvement. Works to identify potential issues and remediates any possible quality concerns.
- Reviews and monitors End of Line KPI Board daily for thoroughness and completion.
- Ensures that daily documentation of scrapped product is completed and submitted by group leads.
Reviews attendance status and reports changes or concerns to HR.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Directly supervises the Production Supervisor in thatdepartment, along with the hourly employees that report to the department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities inaccordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

EDUCATION :
