We are searching for an experienced Purchasing Analyst at our Plant 4 HQ Elkhart, IN facility.

Responsibilities include :

• Update and maintain supplier / vendor master data and information in Dexter's ERP in support of the purchasing team.
• Responsible to store all agreements and documents needed for Dexter's purchasing team consistently and accurately in Microsoft TEAMS / ARIBA contract module and / or any other method to store documents electronically.
• Issue purchase orders to suppliers, distributors, and manufacturers for the corporate suppliers and engineering function.
• Ensure that orders are received and acknowledged by the suppliers to deliver on time.
• Work closely with cross-functional departments to ensure products purchased are aligned with and in accordance to the needs of the company
• Maintain supplier NDA's, supplier insurance documentation, country of origin, and any other supplier related documents
• Develop and maintain process to make sure the vendor master for newly acquired company's documentation is consistent and within the scope of processes in Dexter's ERP.
