Second Shift Group Leader
We are seeking an experienced Second Shift Group Leader at our Seagoville, TX facility. As a premier manufacturer and supplier of axles, suspension, brakes, doors, and other products, we have an opportunity for a Manufacturing Group Lead to oversee the safe and efficient operation of our assigned department.
The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, be self-motivated, and able to work without constant supervision. Key responsibilities include promoting safety and quality while maintaining on-time delivery, reviewing quality documents, preparing for pre-shift production meetings, and training/coaching associates on safety, quality, and productivity standards.
Additional duties may include managing inventory accuracy, updating KPI boards, identifying improvements, assisting with shipping schedules, and addressing mechanical/quality/safety issues during shift.
We offer a competitive salary: $$80,000 - $100,000 per year.
