We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team at DexKo Global. As a premier manufacturer and supplier of axles, suspension, brakes, doors, and other products, we have an opportunity for a Manufacturing Group Lead to oversee the safe and efficient operation of our assigned department.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, be self-motivated, and able to work without constant supervision. Key responsibilities include promoting safety and quality while maintaining on-time delivery, reviewing quality documents, preparing for pre-shift production meetings, and training/coaching associates on safety, quality, and productivity standards. Additional duties may include managing inventory accuracy, updating KPI boards, identifying improvements, and addressing mechanical/quality/safety issues during shift.
A competitive salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year is offered along with a full benefits package, 3% profit sharing, 401(k) plan with company contributions, opportunities for internal career development, and a comprehensive benefits package including Health, Dental, Vision, Life, STD, LTD, FSA, HSA.
