This includes developing and implementing safety policies and procedures, monitoring warehouse activities and employee performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement warehouse operational procedures to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor and report on warehouse metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Provide coaching and training to employees to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Identify and address safety concerns in the warehouse.
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 6 years' work experience in warehousing.
- Supervisory experience managing a team.
- Ability to work on feet and carry objects weighing up to 70lbs.
- Ability to complete forklift certification.
- Team player, goal oriented, and be self-motivated.
- Computer experience in MS Office.
- Microsoft Dynamics a plus.
