Working Student

We are seeking an experienced Working Student at our manufacturing facility located in Seagoville, TX.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• The successful candidate will assist the Dexter Team with engineering project identification, project support, and project leadership as assigned by partnering and collaborating with the Engineering Team and Site Team.

Responsibilities:

• Project definition, scoping, and documented project plan
  •Continuous improvement
  •Capital projects
  •Safety improvements
  •Automation
  •Debottlenecking and capacity utilization
  •Time studies
  •Ergonomic studies and improvements
  •Troubleshooting equipment and processes
  •Plant layout
  •Project estimation
  •Material handling
  •Create documents, drawings, training as needed to support and complete project(s)
  •Perform other duties as assigned
