Role :

This is a high impact role to help ensure customer growth and success. This is a multi-faceted role with elements of Sales Engineering and Robot Deployment / Support. This role requires a customer facing professional that can mix technical and commercial skill to drive market expansion of Dexory solutions. You will play a key part in helping to deliver our product into our customers' hands - working closely with the commercial and engineering teams to support the sales and integration process.

Responsibilities :

  • Act as the main North American customer contact for deployment and installation of our hardware and software platforms.
  • Work with customers to schedule delivery and installation of hardware and software products, including mechanical, electrical, software, and network services.
  • Take part in customer site visits to execute the installation process, including system setup, configuration, calibration, and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain and facilitate communication with customers to resolve any technical issues with their installation of deployment processes.
  • Coordinate technical sales activities for prospective accounts, performing both in-depth and high-level technical presentations for customers and prospects.
  • Support existing customer site operations on a day-to-day basis as required.
  • Serve as a point of contact for escalated technical issues.
  • Support warehouse mapping, preventative maintenance, and system upgrades.

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Comfortable with working with large data sets as well as troubleshooting issues on hardware and software products.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly and listen actively.
  • Adept at problem-solving, analytical thinking, and creative solutions.
  • Empathy and customer focus are crucial for understanding and meeting client needs.
  • Effective teamwork, interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments are
  • essential.

  • Understanding of Logistics and Ecommerce market a plus.
  • Experience with warehouse automation solutions, experience with WMS and related logistics business software a plus.
  • Competent with Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced team environment.
  • Proficient English written and verbal communications skills required to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.
  • This role will involve 20-40% travel to customer sites.
