Role :
This is a high impact role to help ensure customer growth and success. This is a multi-faceted role with elements of Sales Engineering and Robot Deployment / Support. This role requires a customer facing professional that can mix technical and commercial skill to drive market expansion of Dexory solutions. You will play a key part in helping to deliver our product into our customers' hands - working closely with the commercial and engineering teams to support the sales and integration process.
Responsibilities :
- Act as the main North American customer contact for deployment and installation of our hardware and software platforms.
- Work with customers to schedule delivery and installation of hardware and software products, including mechanical, electrical, software, and network services.
- Take part in customer site visits to execute the installation process, including system setup, configuration, calibration, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain and facilitate communication with customers to resolve any technical issues with their installation of deployment processes.
- Coordinate technical sales activities for prospective accounts, performing both in-depth and high-level technical presentations for customers and prospects.
- Support existing customer site operations on a day-to-day basis as required.
- Serve as a point of contact for escalated technical issues.
- Support warehouse mapping, preventative maintenance, and system upgrades.
