Description:
- Vulnerability Management - Assess vulnerabilities on the system. Must know systems very well mostly Linux and some Windows systems.
- Managing Linux systems . They do vulnerability management from the top down, assess and determine vulnerabilities based on the assessments, priority, type of remediation required, follow up track it through JIRA.
- Team size is currently 4 people on Vulnerability Management. They use Rapid7.
- Taking the results of the scans and processing the scans. Person needs to know CVEs and CIS benchmarks.
- Some people know CVE s very well, but they don t know systems. The client need someone who really knows Linux systems and Vulnerability Management around Linux systems.
