Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of accounting functions including accounts payable, sales and use tax, check processing, and payroll functions.
- Communicate effectively with vendors and employees to resolve questions and issues.
- Prepare special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends as requested by management.
- Handle daily timekeeping, weekly payroll processing, and payroll reporting.
- Research and interpret financial data to answer accounting and financial questions.
- Assist with additional tasks as assigned by the department manager.
