Program Manager - IT
Location: Camden, NJ (Hybrid 3 days onsite per week)
Type: Contract to Hire
Job Requirements
- Extensive experience in managing large programs with multiple technical projects
- Experience in application development project management
- Good familiarity of project management toolset
- Should have financial management experience at the program level. Should be able to articulate financials with stakeholders
- Proven experience working with external vendors
- Maintain direct communication with Business teams and IT stakeholders to ensure accuracy on individual projects and the overall status of the programs
- Escalate any major roadblocks or risk factors as needed and work towards initiating activities to quickly resolve issues
- Work effectively with other departments ensuring a smooth and productive flow of communication
- Should be able to map dependencies at the program level
Required Skills
- PMP or Agile certification preferred
- Should possess Waterfall experience
- Prior experience in a technology focused program management role
- Strong people facing and presentation skills
- Successful track record managing multiple projects and portfolio of projects
- Strong financial acumen
- Sound qualitative & quantitative analytical skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
