This is a new 1099 Contract position that will act as a key support the Talent Acquisition team by scheduling interviews, communicating among teams and leaders to ensure interview preparedness, act as a liaison with Dexter staffing partners, may also actively pre-screen candidates and recruit for select positions.
To be considered, candidates must have previous scheduling experience in a business/professional setting and a working knowledge of recruiting. It is highly beneficial to have an understanding of the manufacturing industry as this individual will be connecting and working with cross-functional teams including Operations, Engineering, I.T., and additional business functional leaders.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support in a cross-functional and matrixed environment including with leadership team, HR, Corporate Talent Acquisition team, and external staffing vendors. Interview scheduling for the Talent Acquisition team
- Providing documentation and interview materials to the hiring teams; both via email and print
- Communications with candidates, hiring managers, HR teams and others throughout the business.
- Administrative support for the Talent team to provide positive experiences for candidates and business partners.
- Recruitment of early career and individual contributor positions from first search to offer and hire.
- Learn and understand Dexter's organization structure and key recruiting fundamentals to assist in the hiring process.
- Operate within our Cornerstone applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Applicant pre-qualification screenings
- Shepherd candidates through the recruitment process ensuring they remain informed and engaged
To be considered, applicants must have the below qualifications:
- A high level of attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous experience with scheduling and coordination for business teams including leaders
- Strong professional communication capabilities, both written and verbal.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint
Additional experience highly desired:
- Experience working in a high-growth or fast paced environment strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and requirements
- An understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems
- Previous history in administrative support
