Summary
- The HR Specialist will play a crucial role in leading departmental initiatives to enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and optimize the payroll ADP system. This position requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of HR operations, and a keen interest in leveraging AI technologies to drive improvements. - AI Integration: Explore and implement AI-driven solutions to enhance HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, facilitating communication, and promoting a collaborative work environment.
- Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, focusing on new technologies and process improvements.

- Disciplinary Actions: Assist supervisors and managers with disciplinary write-ups, ensuring consistency and adherence to company policies.
- Investigations: Conduct investigations into employee complaints, grievances, and other issues, providing thorough and unbiased reports.
- Troubleshooting Employee Issues: Address and resolve employee issues and concerns, providing support and guidance to both employees and management.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Job Description
EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on process improvement and payroll management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems, particularly ADP. Experience with AI technologies and data analysis tools is highly desirable.
