What You'll Do
- Analyze and respond to customer complaints with corrective and preventive actions.
- Apply quality tools (8D, 5-Why, Fishbone, Process Mapping) to solve issues.
- Lead teams in problem identification and root cause analysis.
- Drive continual improvement activities like Kaizen and Lean methodologies.
- Work with supplier development and supplier quality.
- Facilitate quality audits, inspections, and part qualification.
- Analyze quality metrics and report findings to improve performance.
- Implement projects focused on Safety, Quality, Efficiency, and Cost Improvements.
- Quality System Auditing
- Root Cause Corrective Action
- Six Sigma principles and Statistical Process Control
- FMEA, PPAP, Control Plans, and Capability Studies
- Supplier Quality and Validation
- Process troubleshooting and 5S/Kaizen improvements
- Bachelor's degree in Quality, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
- 2 years of experience in quality engineering, quality assurance, or continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of Quality System Auditing, Six Sigma principles, and FMEA.
- Manufacturing experience (1 year preferred).
- ISO or IATF certification (preferred).
- ASQ or Black Belt certification (preferred).
