Overview
JOB DESCRIPTION
To provide daily support in the production of RV doors, rangehoods, roof vents, wiring products, and other fabricated items. Responsible for designing, constructing, repairing, and maintaining precision tools, dies, molds, and fixtures to support production operations. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the safety, quality, efficiency, and reliability of our production processes.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Technical Educati on Training in t ool and die is necessary. Fives (5) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Prior Experience Tool & Die Environment Required.
Knowledge of the sheet metal stamping and aluminum extrusion fab processing desired.
Basic knowledge of crane hoist
Education
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required. Some technical education training in Tool and Die.
Professional Certifications
A formal apprenticeship recognized in the trade, such as one listed under Machinist, Toolmaker, or as a Journeyman card-carrying member.

- Repair stamping/processing dies used in the pressroom and other manufacturing departments.
- Build small dies as needed.
- Build/maintain jigs, fixtures, and gages.
- Repair/set up wiring applicators.
- Build/modify tooling to Engineering prints.
- Identify tooling issues and recommendations and report to management.
- Predictive maintenance – inspect pressroom dies following production run.
- Any other duties as assigned.
