Responsibilities:
- Work as part of a team to provide exceptional customer service
- Greet customers as they enter the facility
- Inform customers of promotions available to them
- Provide information to customers about the company’s product and services
- Assist customers in selecting the products and services to best meet their needs
- Manage customer information using a computer database system
- Address customers’ questions and concerns both in person and via phone or email
- Place orders using a computer database system
- Receive merchandise for return or delivery and verify its contents
- Count and stock merchandise
- Pick orders and pack them so that they are prepared for shipping
Required Qualifications:
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Customer service orientation
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Computer proficiency
- Attention to detail
- A willingness to learn
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 30lbs on a regular basis
- Must be able to pass a background and drug test
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
