The Front Desk Representative will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, answering incoming calls, and responding to client inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the facility
- Answer incoming calls, routing them to appropriate departments, and taking messages as needed
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the appointment calendar
- Provide information and assistance to clients and visitors regarding services, directions, and company policies
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
Skills Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Representative or similar role in a busy environment
