Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring that the office functions smoothly. As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks that enhance our team's productivity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general clerical duties including answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling incoming and outgoing mail.


• Maintain and organize filing systems, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible.


• Assist in data entry and updating customer information in databases and spreadsheets.


• Facilitate communication within the office by relaying messages and scheduling appointments as needed.


• Prepare and process documents such as reports, invoices, and presentations with attention to detail.


• Assist in managing office supplies, including inventory tracking and reordering as necessary.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.


• Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role is preferred.


• Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.


• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
