Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled NetSuite Administrator to oversee and maintain our NetSuite ERP platform, ensuring seamless functionality and user support. This role involves system administration, troubleshooting, testing, and optimizing workflows. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system efficiency and integrity. This position is eligible for our hybrid work schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls, troubleshooting login issues and managing security settings.
- Monitor NetSuite global updates and biannual releases, evaluating risks and testing changes in Sandbox.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize saved searches, dashboards, and reports.
- Provide technical support to end-users through a ticketing system, resolving NetSuite functionality issues.
- Maintain and support NetSuite integrations with platforms like Engineering PDM, Pacejet, Avalara, and DotSolved.
- Collaborate with external partners and developers to implement enhancements and system improvements.
- Perform system audits and compliance reporting to ensure data integrity.
- Participate in system upgrade planning and process improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of NetSuite administration experience.
- Strong knowledge of NetSuite ERP, workflows, and user management.
- Analytical problem-solving skills with experience in troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external developers.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
Work Environment & Physical Demands
- Office-based role with extended periods of computer use.
- Occasional presence in manufacturing environments requiring PPE such as safety shoes, glasses, and hearing protection.
- Ability to support extended business hours as needed.
Compensation & Benefits
DeZURIK offers a competitive base salary in the $73,735 to $92,168 range, based on experience and qualifications, along with annual bonus opportunities tied to performance.
