Key Responsibilities:The Ecommerce Content Manager will be responsible for overseeing the content strategy across all digital platforms, ensuring alignment with marketing initiatives to boost product sales, enhance website engagement, and improve overall customer experience. This role will manage the content team, coordinate with marketing, and ensure that all content efforts support the company’s ecommerce goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the content team, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to deadlines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute content strategies that drive sales and website traffic.
- Oversee content creation for product listings, website pages, blogs, and promotional materials, ensuring SEO best practices are followed.
- Analyze website content performance and adjust strategies to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Coordinate with sales team to ensure accurate, compelling product descriptions and specifications.
- Manage the content calendar to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and promotional initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and best practices to continuously improve content strategies.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in content management, ecommerce, or digital marketing.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and ecommerce platforms.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Proficiency with content management systems (CMS), Google Analytics, and SEO tools.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
