Hours: 7AM – 4PM
Job Description:
We are seeking an E-commerce Warehouse Order Picker who is quick, accurate, and can problem-solve effectively. In this role, you will be responsible for picking and packing orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy, and working with RF scanners to track inventory. You will also be cross trained to assist in other departments as needed, making versatility an important skill.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment based on customer requests.
- Use RF scanners to track inventory and manage order details.
- Ensure timely and efficient completion of orders to meet deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to address any issues.
- Be adaptable and assist in other departments as required (e.g., stocking, sorting, etc.).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic problem-solving skills to handle challenges in order fulfillment.
- Ability to work quickly while maintaining accuracy.
- Good communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
- Ability to use RF scanners and other warehouse technology.
- Willingness to be cross-trained and assist in various departments.
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
