We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Promoter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for representing our brand and engaging with customers in various settings, including restaurants, hotels, and events. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service to create memorable experiences for guests.
Duties
- Actively promote our products and services to potential customers in various venues.
- Engage with guests to provide information about offerings and answer any questions.
- Utilize effective communication skills to build rapport with customers and enhance guest relations.
- Assist in setting up promotional displays and materials at events or locations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive promotional strategy.
- Maintain a positive attitude while managing customer interactions, ensuring satisfaction.
- Utilize Aloha POS or similar systems for processing orders and managing transactions when necessary.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to help improve promotional strategies.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong guest relations skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is a plus.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills are essential for engaging with customers.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- A proactive attitude towards helping customers and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
