DFC Company (Dakota Fence, 3D Specialties, Sign Solutions USA, Dakota Playground, Park & Play USA, Town & Country Fence, Dakota Unlimited, West River Striping, SAAFE/Stadium Steve, DFC Property Management) is a growing specialty contractor primarily involved in residential/commercial fence, highway guardrail, fabrication, and commercial playground construction, bleacher installation, as well as traffic control services and pavement marking. We provide services to homeowners, commercial businesses, and government entities. Shift and Time: Monday through Friday (Some Saturdays), Seasonal
Summary:
- Drive specialized trucks with airbrakes and manual transmissions.
- Safely transport hazardous materials in accordance with regulations.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on vehicles and equipment.
- Lift, carry, and position traffic control devices, tools, and materials.
- Comply with all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of work, materials used, and hours worked.
- Implement traffic control measures to ensure a safe work zone.
- Load and unload necessary supplies, tools, and materials.
- Monitor traffic flow and maintain a safe distance from work vehicles.
- Assist with equipment setup and material handling as required.
- Respond to emergencies, assist with traffic control, and report incidents.
- Communicate with project managers, crew members, and clients effectively.
- Attend safety meetings and complete required training sessions.
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Class A OR Class B preffered.
