DFC Company (Dakota Fence, 3D Specialties, Sign Solutions USA, Dakota Playground, Park & Play USA, Town & Country Fence, Dakota Unlimited, West River Striping, SAAFE/Stadium Steve, DFC Property Management) is a growing specialty contractor primarily involved in residential/commercial fence, highway guardrail, fabrication, and commercial playground construction, bleacher installation, as well as traffic control services and pavement marking. We provide services to homeowners, commercial businesses, and government entities. Starting wage: $19 /hour, based on experience.
Shift and Time: 7:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday (Some Saturdays), Seasonal
Summary:
- Support the Foreman in all phases of playground installation, ensuring quality and safety
- Prepare job sites by digging, mixing concrete, and setting foundations
- Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment for smooth project execution
- Operate hand and power tools, skid steers, air hammers, and forklifts efficiently
- Safely drive and maintain company vehicles on and off job sites
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions, adapting to job site demands
- Follow all safety and environmental guidelines to maintain a secure work environment
