Town & Country Fence (a division of Dakota Fence Company, along with Dakota Fence, 3D Specialties, Sign Solutions USA, Dakota Playground, Park & Play USA, Dakota Unlimited, West River Striping, Stadium Steve, DFC Property Management) is a growing fence contractor primarily involved in residential / commercial fence, gates and automated gate systems. We provide services to homeowners, commercial businesses, and government entities. Shift and Time : Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm
Compensation : $60,000 - $80,000 per year
Summary :
- Provide fence estimates to prospective customers upon request.
- Meet with customers to measure properties, assess fencing needs, and recommend suitable solutions.
- Guide customers through available fence options and explain differences between competing products and companies.
- Maintain an organized calendar of appointments and manage follow-ups to close sales or understand reasons for loss.
- Work with urgency to process estimates and customer requests efficiently.
- Participate in marketing efforts, including campaigns and home shows, to generate new business opportunities.
- Promote a positive image of the company both internally and externally.
- Engage in continuous professional development and training.
- Analyze the local market to identify potential growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Residential Sales Manager on inventory management and material orders.
- Assist walk-in and phone-in customers with fence product inquiries and purchases.
- Proactively reach out to potential customers via calls, emails, and visits to generate new sales opportunities.
- Seek and secure bid opportunities beyond incoming customer inquiries.
- Contribute to company initiatives during the winter season.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
