Responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Human Resources Department, including employee relations, talent acquisition, onboarding, benefits administration, event coordination and general administrative tasks. This role ensures smooth HR operations through effective coordination and knowledge-sharing across key areas. Collaborate with leadership to align employee needs with business objectives, fostering a balanced and productive workplace environment.


Position Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the HR management and leadership to ensure employee needs are addressed timely and in alignment with business objectives
  • Provide administrative support to the human resource function
  • Collaborate with HR team members to recommend and implement modern tools, programs, and processes; ensuring the company is aware of all current and best-in-class opportunities
  • Work diligently to build strong, trusting, professional relationships with each assigned team member; as well as a deep understanding of the assigned departments and teams, which may include contractors and vendors
  • Administer key HR processes, ensure compliance, and deliver seamless administrative support to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Work closely with management and employees to ensure positive working relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
  • Partner with assigned department managers to support the full cycle recruitment process; including the development and refinement of accurate job descriptions tailored to hiring needs, conducting interviews, managing candidate pipeline, communicating salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent information
  • Administer updates and changes to the HRIS system and other HR Technology tools including, customized reports, data entry, and audits while supporting designated teams.
  • Support employees of designated teams through the employee lifecycle, to include onboarding, training, open enrollment and ongoing benefits support, policy comprehension and adherence, and general organizational navigation
  • Maintain and update all HR related forms, documentation and records.
  • Administer culture activities for designated teams, to include birthday and anniversary announcements and gift purchasing and delivery, specialized activities for life events; ensuring employees are recognized and appreciated appropriately
  • Assist with event planning and coordination for company events focused on fostering employee engagement and satisfaction
  • Responsible for the coordination and oversight of specialized projects as directed.
  • Responsible for understanding, explaining and adhering to all benefits related regulations and employment law.


Essential skills and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field; and/or any combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position
  • 2 Years’ experience in an HR role, 3 years administrative level experience.
  • Professional Human Resource Certification (PHR) and/or SHRM(CP) preferred.
  • Extensive experience with HR Technology systems (HCM, HRIS, Applicant Tracking, Performance Management, etc.).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; positive attitude.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills: ability to organize and manage multiple projects to completion.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of strict confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Advanced computer skills and smartphone proficiency.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record
