We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced PCA Property Condition Assessment Inspector to join our Environmental Consulting (EC) Department. This role is part time / 1099 that involves conducting thorough Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) to evaluate the physical condition of properties. The ideal candidate will work both independently and as part of a team, ensuring the production of high-quality PCA reports and identifying opportunities for proactive improvements, such as energy efficiency enhancements.

Responsibilities
- Support EC Department's Property Condition Assessment projects by :
- Conducting PCA inspections as part of teams and independently.
- Consulting with other EC field Inspectors performing PCAs.
- Ensuring timely completion of high-quality PCA reports.
- Ability to identify and evaluate proactive opportunities in addition to reactive condition assessments (e.g., energy efficiency).
