Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Photographer/Videographer to join our production team. Previous photography/videography experience is required for this position. We’re looking for a fast learner who is eager to be trained and grow with our team. This role involves capturing high-quality media (Photos, Videos, 3D Tours, and more) of properties and working closely with our team to deliver exceptional content and service to our clients.
Job Requirements
- Must live in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex
- Reliable vehicle (2014 or newer)
- Prior real estate photography/videography experience
- Basic understanding of social media and short-form video content
- Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Committed to delivering exceptional customer service
- Punctual and reliable for scheduled shoots
- Professional appearance (business casual)
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team
- Access to a computer and high-speed internet
- Background check required
License/Certification
- Driver's License (Required)
- Remote Pilot Certificate - Part 107
Compensation
We offer competitive base pay ranging from $25 to $40 per hour, depending on your skills and time with us. Plus bonuses based on performance. Pay for each job varies depending on the property size and services. As you grow and excel in your role, there are plenty of opportunities for increased pay. Depending on your skill set, additional compensation may be available for certain specialized projects.
