DGA Security is seeking a Product Manager - Hardware Solutions Manager to lead the development and management of our hardware product offerings. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Technology , this role will partner with technology leadership and product managers to drive business growth and enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is a problem solver with deep technical knowledge and a passion for delivering innovative hardware solutions. This position is based in our midtown Manhattan office.
The Role
As the Product Manager for Hardware Solutions, you will play a key role in shaping and advancing our hardware product offerings, ensuring seamless integration with our existing systems. You will :
- Contribute to the design, development, and deployment of vendor technology solutions that integrate with DGA’s best-in-class advanced alarm monitoring, video security, and access control solutions.
- Manage technical specifications, certifications, and vendor relationships for new hardware products.
- Collaborate with internal teams to define product requirements and develop efficient workflows for hardware product integration.
- Support the testing, certification, and implementation of hardware products tailored to high-value commercial businesses.
- Identify and execute on opportunities for operational improvements through innovative hardware solutions.
