Join a leading high frequency trading hedge fund as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer. We are looking for talented individuals with a solid mathematical foundation and expertise in machine learning frameworks, algorithms, and statistical modeling techniques.
Work Arrangement : 3 days in office, 2 days remote.
Total Compensation : Approximately $300K to $350K.

Required Skills and Experience :
- Proven experience in building and maintaining training and inference infrastructure. You should be adept at taking concepts from theory to production.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Python along with key machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- A strong mathematical background is essential. Candidates should have a passion for optimization theory, regularization techniques, linear algebra, etc.
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience is required.
- A genuine interest in keeping up with the latest advancements in the field, including diving into academic papers, experimenting with new hardware, and exploring cutting-edge machine learning packages.
- Ability to create and maintain an organized research codebase that delivers robust and reproducible results while ensuring usability.
