We are seeking exceptional technology recruiters (ideally based on the East Coast) that will excel at managing the full life cycle of technical hiring, collaborating closely with hiring managers to identify and attract top tech talent.
You will be adept at new business development, skilled at utilizing advanced sourcing strategies, conducting in-depth technical interviews, and staying updated on industry trends to ensure the recruiting of qualified candidates for complex technical roles.
Financial markets experience is preferred but not essential. 100% Remote. Highly competitive total compensation package.

Key responsibilities
Strategic Partnership with Hiring Managers:
Collaborate with hiring managers to define technical role requirements, understand business needs, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
Actively source passive candidates through networking, advanced Boolean searches, social media, and industry events to identify top talent.
Technical Interviewing:
Conduct in-depth technical interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit, including technical assessments where applicable.
New Business Development:
Plan and execute new business development campaigns to win new clients.
Pipeline Management:
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified technical candidates across various levels and disciplines.
Talent Assessment:
Evaluate candidate technical abilities, problem-solving skills, and potential for future growth.
Offer Negotiation and Closing:
Lead the offer negotiation process, ensuring competitive compensation packages and a positive candidate experience.
Market Intelligence:
Stay aware of emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitor landscape to identify potential talent pools.
Required Skills and Experience:
Technical Expertise:
Strong understanding of various programming languages, software development methodologies, cloud technologies, and relevant technical domains depending on the company focus.
Recruitment Experience:
Proven track record of success in full-cycle technical recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
Sourcing Strategies:
Proficiency in using various recruitment tools and platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and niche tech communities.
Relationship Building:
Strong networking skills to build relationships with potential candidates and industry partners.
