Duties
- Manage and coordinate all maintenance activities, ensuring timely completion of projects and repairs.
- Oversee HVAC system maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues and implement preventive measures.
- Fabricate parts or components as needed to support maintenance operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and equipment status.
- Provide training and guidance to maintenance staff, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to schedule maintenance work with minimal disruption to operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in all maintenance activities.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, for effective communication within the team and across departments.
- Strong management skills with experience in leading a maintenance team.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and their maintenance requirements.
- Proven experience in maintenance management with a focus on industrial environments.
- Mechanical knowledge encompassing various types of machinery and equipment used in the facility.
- Familiarity with low voltage systems is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to fabricate components as needed for repairs or upgrades.
