DGR Systems is looking for a User Adoption Practice Lead & Consultant to establish and lead a new User Adoption professional services practice area while also directly engaging with clients as a consultant. This dual-role position requires both strategic leadership and hands-on expertise in driving user adoption of enterprise technologies, such as M365. The ideal candidate will define practice methodologies, develop service offerings, manage a team of consultants, and drive successful adoption strategies for clients.

Responsibilities:
Consulting & Client Engagement:
- Develop and implement customized user adoption strategies to ensure successful technology adoption in professional services engagements
- Lead client workshops, training programs, and change management initiatives to drive engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customer executives and key stakeholders through change management and adoption challenges
- Monitor user engagement metrics, adoption rates, and feedback to measure success and optimize strategies
- Create and deliver communication plans, stakeholder engagement strategies, and reinforcement initiatives
- Identify and address resistance to change, ensuring smooth transitions and maximizing a customer's ROI on new technology investments
- Define and develop the User Adoption practice, including service offerings, methodologies, and best practices
- Oversee pipeline, presales, resourcing and utilization of assigned team members to program engagement requests. Oversees project tasks and milestones are completed on time, within scope, and with quality and accuracy. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure project success inclusive of timesheet management and project completion management
- React to business needs by growing user adoption team, leading and mentoring user adoption consultants, providing guidance, training, and career development
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to position and promote user adoption services
- Develop and refine frameworks, templates, and training materials for consistent delivery across engagements
- Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and adoption strategies to continuously enhance the practice
- Support business development efforts, including pre-sales activities, client presentations, and proposal development
- Drive process improvements within the practice and cross-functionally throughout Professional Services to safeguard best practices while maintaining high-quality service delivery
- 5 years of experience in user adoption, change management, training, or digital transformation consulting
- Proven leadership experience in building and managing a professional services practice
- Strong expertise in enterprise technology adoption (specific experience with M365 is strongly preferred)
- Deep understanding of change management methodologies
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze user behavior, adoption trends, and performance data to inform strategy
- Experience in business development, pre-sales support, and service delivery management
