Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a distribution or logistics environment.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with shipping management software and inventory systems.
- Ability to work as part of a team and coordinate with different departments.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize urgent orders.
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven leadership experience in a similar industry.
- Problem solving skills.
- Critical thinking skills.
- Basic knowledge of inventory and manufacturing software; D365 and understands Mobile Device and scanner.
- Must have the ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide, and convert in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
