Position Description:
Our Duncan office is accepting applications for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant. As an Administrative Assistant, you will assist in managing daily office operations, providing administrative support to the Duncan team, 2-3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phones with a professional and courteous demeanor
- Filing as needed
- Assist with mail and deliveries
- Other general office administrative duties as needed
Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to handle client interactions and professional correspondence
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant in an an office setting is a plus
